Prayer Requests for September 6, 2009
Please pray for our niece and her 8 month old son Jud. They were in a bad accident on I-95 in FL. The baby is in ICU at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando. He has head injuries. Amanda was treated and released, she is very bruised up and burned from the airbags. All prayers would be appreciated. - Gary and Debbie

Tony B’s still recovering from his back surgery. Please keep Tony in your prayers.
Julie P's aunt Thelma H passed away yesterday. Please keep that family in your prayers. Aunt Thelma was one truly great lady!
Don Ms' sister had a brain anneurism yesterday. At this time they are waiting for her daughter to come in from out of state. There is no chance of the mother being revived. Please keep this family in your prayers. Thank you. (Bill)
Please pray for: Jeff stopped by last night to tell me that his apartment had been broken into. He is sure it was Michael (who no longer has a key). Jeff's rent money was stolen along with his jar full of loose change, and his roommate Chuck's X-Box. Jeff said that Chris's apartment (Michael's brother) was also broken into. They have filed a police report and will press charges when/if Michael is caught. Please keep praying for this young man who has spiraled downward in the last month. Jeff said that addicts rob from family and friends, and then move on to others. He is worried for Michael's physical safety (the drug dealers are still looking for him) and is also angry of course about the loss. Jeff's dad and I are going to give him the rent money for Sept. Please pray for Jeff and Chuck. I am so proud of them because they are standing up for themselves and maintaining their sobriety in the midst of this trial. (Marie K)

O LORD, my Abba Father, thank you for not leaving me in darkness. Your Word lights my path and your Son, the Light of the World, lights my life. Thank you for not leaving me alone to find my way. In Jesus' name. Amen.
