Prayer Requests for June 2, 2009

From Gloria - Our family is undergoing a double tragedy in that on 5-29 a niece committed suicide and today a grandmother died of leukemia. Please pray for these souls and our family's comfort.

Please pray for Jenna Hollinger's dad, sister, and brother-in-law. They are heading to Mexico tomorrow. Please pray for their safety and protection from the swine flu. Pray for peace for Jenna and her mom. Thank you for your prayers, (Patty)

Here is a prayer request from Alfredo and Rita - Portuguese National Ministry Partners.
"Please pray that we will have lots of energy and good planning over the coming months of intense ministry. We will be building teams to work with the Lisbon spiritual family and at the Lisbon Book Fair where we will present a revealing study on the subject of the Portuguese and the Bible."

sell (he gives weekend courses) and for whom he is the key player in Madrid as a guru,

Father, thank you for your incomparable and generous grace. You lavished
this grace upon me through Jesus' death on the Cross. I thank you for the salvation
that I have received through his sacrifice. Please make my own sin abhorrent to me.
Give me a passion for holiness and a deeper appreciation of what it cost you to make me holy.

Please pray for my hubby who had a knee replacement.
The end of June my daughter will be coming home for 6 weeks in the summer
