Beware that you forget not the Lord
To keep His commands and heed His word
When your house is built and your belly is full
And you’re making money and the market’s bull
Don’t take the credit for prosperity
For without the Lord where would you be?
All you have now or well ever be
Is bestowed by the Christ of Calvary
So remember the Lord for all your days
To give him honor, glory, and praise
Keep Him in your thoughts, turn away from greed
Learn that Jesus Christ is all you need
And as time goes by he’ll ignite a fire
And you’ll realize He’s your heart’s desire
