FROGGY TALK
While walking in the woods one day
As quiet as I could
The frogs began to sing and talk
Across the silent wood
I told the Lord, “I wish I knew
What made them want to shout”?
“He said listen very closely
And you’ll hear what they’re about”.
They said God we love and praise you
For this fine sunny day
We thank you for the breezes
And the rain you send our way
Thank you for the bugs that fly
Within our long tongue’s reach
And for the morning dew we find
On every oak and beech
Thank you for the seasons
We can swim upon the streams
And the quiet night’s when we’re asleep
Dreaming Froggy dreams
We’re looking foreword to the day
When you make the earth all new
We thank you Lord for everything
We really really do
